Vinyasa Flow yoga
Classes: Tuesday 7pm

Vinyasa flow yoga co-ordinates breath with movement in a consistent slow steady pace. Classes have some variation of sun salutes at their core.
I like making the poses acessible and at the same time challenging. Overall I like to keep the class flowing and have fun and allow the students make the poses their own. I help students grow and progress in a safe sustainable way. To this end my more than 20 years of neuromuscular therapy practice help me see how to keep students safe.
Remember its not about how a pose looks, it's all about how does this pose feel?
Hopefully the weekly classes will inspire you to continue to take time out to look after and nourish yourself so you can be able to take care of the rest of your life.

of attitude as well as muscles, but don't worry if you are not a "flexible person", I'm not and that never stopped me enjoying yoga. We work with what we have got and we don't have to get anywhere. I don't think we need to get our foot behind our head to be enlightened but I wouldn't know as my foot is far from there.
Sensitivity
Cultivates your sensitivity to your body and emotions, so you know how to care for yourself. This spills over to every relationship in your life where you become more sensitive. It doesn't mean all Yogis are saints most are far from it but at least we can be softer nicer people some of the time.
Presence
We become more present in the here and now and live life instead of waiting for it to happen.

Yoga won't remove the stresses in your life but it will help you deal with them better.
Better overall Health
It improves all tissues of the body. Brighter skin, you can breathe easier, organ health improves, increased immunity, hormones become balanced to name but a few.
