Learning to feel sensations and the quality of movements in your body and being able to move consciously. Learn to feel what parts of your body are chronically contracted and how to gently release them. Through simple specific movements called pandiculations you gain strength and grace and decrease or eliminate pain and reduce your reaction to stress. Methods of sensory-motor education that improve physical function by increasing sensation and motor control and changing habitual patterns.
